*HST will be charged at the point of sale. Personal Training fees apply to Members only. Non-Member fees available upon request. Fees are due prior to first session. Buddy Training Packages are per person. 

Meet BWG’s Trainers:

Personal Training Philosophy:
Helen – “My main goal as a personal trainer is to make your workout challenging but fun. If you like what you’re doing then it’s easier to make the commitment! My speciality is HIIT training, combining strength and cardio. This is my preferred way of training, especially if you’re short on time it makes every second count!”
Kyle – “My training style revolves around functional movements, such as the squat and deadlift; these movements are fundamental. I strive to help my clients achieve better, pain free movement within their daily lives.”
Lauren – “My goal as a Kinesiology student/personal trainer is to give my clients the knowledge and confidence to continue their life-long fitness journey. My speciality is working with clients to improve function after injury, and managing chronic disease (Diabetes, Heart disease, etc). Exercise is medicine!”
Robert – “As a personal trainer and nutrition coach, my philosophy is to provide my clients with all the tools necessary to help them reach their goals through fun, yet challenging workouts and small daily habits. My speciality is HIIT training, which combines strength and cardio exercises into a quick yet gruesome workout.”
Zach – “My goal as a personal trainer is to build both muscles and confidence. Giving you the tools to conquer the world! My specialty is strength training and sport specific training. Balancing both challenging and fun workouts to push you out of your comfort zone!”
Alex – “I believe that the key to establishing a strong lifestyle adjustment is to both build self autonomy as well as a strong sense of a supportive community. Therefore, not only should we strive to improve ourselves by being consistent and honest through our lifestyle change, but to help others achieve their goals. As for my exercise philosophy, picking interesting exercises which cover fundamental movements and essential muscle groups and constantly setting new goals for these exercises is key.

Keeping you safe while you train:
-All patrons and staff are screened for COVID-19 symptoms prior to entry to the building.
-All staff and trainers will be wearing a face covering or mask. 
-Physical distancing will be maintained between trainers and participants.
-Trainers will use verbal cues and demonstrations to provide corrections.
-Increased cleaning and sanitization of equipment.

Interested in Personal Training? Follow these steps:
Step 1 – Complete the Personal Trainer Request Form
Step 2 – Call the Customer Service Desk (905-775-7529 ext 6007) to set up a time to purchase PT sessions (this can be done in person with a pre-screening at the front door).
Step 3 – Purchase package and submit forms to the Customer Service Desk.
Step 4 – BWG Personal Trainer will be in contact with client to set up initial session.
