Exercising during these times may be tough, especially if you have a toddler at home. However, we are here to prove that theory wrong and show you how to incorporate your toddler as part of your exercise routine. This can help develop a healthy and active lifestyle for your family. Workout with Enrico and his toddler on Family Day and he can show you some great exercises to help maintain your physique while bonding with your toddler!

It’s time to get your family off the couch and join Fitness Supervisor – Steph and her son as they challenge you to some family friendly games encouraging health and fitness through exercise and fun! Be prepared to sweat! Don’t forget to invite grandma and grandpa to register from the comfort of their own home. Wouldn’t you like to beat grandpa in a push up challenge? Or cheer on grandma in a plank challenge. What better day than Family Day!
