Once camp programs commence there will be no transfers to another camp program under any circumstances. This is for the safety of each cohort to limit exposure to other cohorts. BWG Leisure Centre camp groups cohorts will not be interacting with each other.

Sign in/Sign Out Procedures
Staff strictly adhere to a sign in/sign out protocol.
Campers may arrive between 8:30 to 9:00 am and pick up is from 4:00 to 4:30 pm. Camp staff will meet you at the designated drop off area (outdoors) and follow up with the daily covid-19 pre-health screening. Upon successful completion of pre-health screening camp staff will directly escort campers to their cohort. Campers are required to complete the health screening prior to attending camp. Failure to do so will result in your child not attending camp.
If your child is not feeling well please do not send them to camp. Contact the BWG Leisure Centre Customer Service Desk at 905-775-7529, extension 6007 to indicate your child will not be attending camp.

Photo I.D. will be required by all parent/guardians each time at pick-up. Written consent by parent/guardian must be provided if child wishes to sign in/out of camps on their own. Forms will be emailed prior to the camp week.
